An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Transposable element persistence via potential genome-level ecosystem engineering
Background The nuclear genomes of eukaryotes vary enormously in size, with much of this variability attributable to differential accumulation of transposable elements (TEs).

Meta‐Rod Mechanical Metamaterials With Programmable Reconfiguration
Existing mechanical metamaterials achieve programmable large deformations in planar square or cubic configurations, restricted by required complex boundary conditions. This research proposes a 1D metamaterial, Meta‐rod, with linear, bending, twisting, area, and volume deformation modes.

Multiple horizontal transfer events of a DNA transposon into turtles, fishes, and a frog
Horizontal transfer of transposable elements (HTT) has been reported across many species and the impact of such events on genome structure and function has been well described. However, few studies have focused on reptilian genomes, especially HTT events

A retrotransposon-based-strategy for the assessment of genetic and epigenetic stability of oil palm embryogenic suspensions [PDF]
Clonal regenerants of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) can display a detrimental variant phenotype called mantled which affects the floral morphology of adult palms thus lowering oil yields in clonal offspring.

Unsupervised Classification for Tiling Arrays: ChIP-chip and Transcriptome
Tiling arrays make possible a large scale exploration of the genome thanks to probes which cover the whole genome with very high density until 2 000 000 probes.

Overdoping high temperature superconductors, such as YBa2Cu3O7‐δ (YBCO), is expected to maxime the critical current density by optimising the condensation energy for a given defect landscape, providing new thrust for the development of fusion enabling coated conductors. Here, precise oxygen control is achieved via an electrochemical method allowing for

Identification of transposable element families from pangenome polymorphisms
Background Transposable Elements (TEs) are segments of DNA, typically a few hundred base pairs up to several tens of thousands bases long, that have the ability to generate new copies of themselves in the genome.

Transposable elements in prokaryotes are found in many forms and therefore a robust nomenclature system is needed in order to allow researchers to describe and search for them in publications and databases.
