Design of Random Test for TRNG with VLSI
2013 5th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics, 2013This paper will randomness test theory applied to true random number generator (TRNG), the design of a TRNG online random detection module. This module can not only real-time detect randomness of sequence but also sent alarm information according to detection results. Simulations show that the module has better real-time detection and alarm function.

Quantum TRNG for Secure Data Transmission

On Enhancing the Throughput of the Latched Ring Oscillator TRNG on FPGA
In this summary, we introduce a new design of the Latched Ring Oscillator (LRO), true-random-number-generator (TRNG) on a 7- Series FPGA, demonstrating the portability of the architecture.
