A long‐lived, five‐cell‐type human neurovascular (PENTA) model recreates vascular disorganization and incomplete repair after traumatic brain injury (TBI). By integrating endothelial, glial, neuronal, and immune components within a 3D scaffold, the platform enables time‐resolved analysis of neurovascular remodeling and provides a human‐relevant system ...

Evidence for a Phosphorylated Form of Calmodulin in Chicken Brain and Muscle [PDF]
Phosphocalmodulin (PCaM) was identified after analysis of calmodulin (CaM) preparations by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis by using a modified ampholyte system to resolve very acidic proteins.

Gene induction during differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells: an integrated study at the RNA and protein levels [PDF]
Changes in gene expression occurring during differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells were studied at the RNA and protein levels. These studies showed the induction of several gene classes corresponding to various biological functions ...

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

Two-dimensional proteomic reference map of Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens strain CPAC 7 (=SEMIA 5080). [PDF]
: A two-dimensional gel electrophoresis profile was generated for Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens CPAC 7 (=SEMIA 5080), a highly competitive strain against naturalized soil rhizobia and efficient in fixing nitrogen in symbiosis with soybean.
