Irradiated Tumor Cell‐Derived Microparticles Activate Systemic Anti‐Tumor Immunity via the STING/NLRP3/GSDMD Axis in Neutrophils

Radiotherapy induces tumor cells to release microparticles (RT‐MPs) into the circulation. The mitochondrial DNA carried by these RT‐MPs activates the STING/NLRP3/GSDMD axis in splenic neutrophils, triggering IL‐1β secretion. Forsythoside E Alleviates Liver Injury by Targeting PKM2 Tetramerization to Promote Macrophage M2 Polarization

Here, the study shows for the first time that Forsythoside E (FE) can promote PKM2 tetramerization by binding to its K311 site. Furthermore, it induces metabolic reprogramming of macrophages and inhibits NLRP3 expression. Finally, it can alleviate sepsis‐induced liver injury by promoting M2 anti‐inflammatory polarization.
