Uvod u razvoj višeslojnih poslovnih aplikacija u Microsoft .NET okolini [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
U praksi se često susrećemo s vrlo raznolikim pristupima izgradnje novih aplikacija. Programeri kreću u izradu aplikacija bez dovoljne tehničke i tehnološke pripreme. Arhitektura aplikacije se mijenja „ad-hoc“ za vrijeme izrade same aplikacije.

Semantic Segmentation on Panoramic Dental X-Ray Images Using U-Net Architectures

open access: yesIEEE Access
The field of medical image analysis is in a constant state of evolution, particularly in the challenging tasks of segmenting organs, diseases, and abnormalities. Therefore, in the realm of dental disease diagnosis, image segmentation plays a crucial role

Image Segmentation Based On U-Net and Adjusted U-Nets

open access: yesHighlights in Science, Engineering and Technology
Image segmentation, the process of dividing an image into various areas is quite crucial recently. Numerous industries, including robotics, remote sensing, and medical imaging, have applications for this task. In recent years, deep learning techniques, especially U-shaped networks (U-nets), have shown remarkable success in solving image segmentation ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

LU-NET: An Improved U-Net for Ventricular Segmentation

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of the U-Net in cardiac ventricular segmentation, we propose an improved U-net named LU-Net by the following three methods.
