Pharmacokinetics of Intramuscular and Intravenous Glycopyrrolate in Juvenile New Zealand White Rabbits

ABSTRACT Glycopyrrolate is an alternative to atropine to treat bradyarrhythmias in anesthetized rabbits; however, there are no pharmacokinetic studies in the literature. Six female New Zealand White rabbits received glycopyrrolate 0.05 mg/kg intravenously (IV) in the cephalic vein or intramuscularly (IM) in a complete crossover design.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yeast‐Based Supplement and Breast Milk Supply: A Randomised Placebo‐Controlled Trial

Maternal brewer's yeast supplementation did not change the milk oligosaccharide (HMO) concentration, but more mothers felt their milk supply was increased, and fewer reported formula use by 6 months postpartum compared to those taking the placebo. This suggests the supplement may support breastfeeding, warranting further investigation in larger trials.

Summary Deciphering the root exudate‐driven interplay between plants and the rhizosphere microbiota is essential for understanding plant adaptation to the environment and future‐proofing crop production. However, sampling root exudates and rhizosphere soil remains challenging due to the low throughput and destructive nature of the process.
