Field‐Programable Dynamics in a Soft Magnetic Actuator Enabling True Random Number Generation and Reservoir Computing
Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.Complex dynamics, often avoided in electromechanical design, can enhance soft robotics. We develop durable magnetic soft actuators operating in tunable dynamic regimes, enabling random number generation, stochastic computing, and time‐series prediction.Eduardo Sergio Oliveros‐Mata, Oleksandr V. American Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Management of cerebral vasculopathy in sickle cell anemia (SCA) includes standard‐care, that is, chronic transfusion (CT) or hydroxyurea, and hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). DREPAGREFFE‐1 (December 2010/June 2013), a French multicenter trial, was the first prospective trial comparing standard‐care to match sibling donor (MSD)‐HCT in ...Francoise Bernaudin, Suzanne Verlhac, Elisabeth Ducros‐Miralles, Cécile Arnaud, Isabelle Genty, Marie Petras, Catherine Paillard, Gonzalo De Luna, Benoit Meunier, Isabelle Thuret, Annie Kamdem, Corinne Pondarré, Giovanna Cannas, Christelle Chantalat‐Auger, Nadia Firah, Sophie Pertuisel, Laure Joseph, Florence Missud, Mariane de Montalembert, Corinne Guitton, Claire Pluchart, Valentine Brousse, Monique Elmaleh, Vincent Gajdos, Emmanuella Leveillé, Ekaterina Belozertseva, Mabel Gaba, Catherine Poirot, Virginie Barraud‐Lange, Philippe Chadebech, France Pirenne, Myriam Bernaudin, Bénédicte Neven, Pierre Frange, Marie Angoso, Karima Yakouben, Bénédicte Bruno, Nathalie Dhédin, Jean‐Hugues Dalle, Regis Peffault Delatour, Camille Jung +40 morewiley +1 more sourceUse of ultrasound for early detection of ICU patients at risk of acquiring swallowing disorders: EIDAR, a prospective diagnostic study protocol. American Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Diamond–Blackfan Anemia Syndrome (DBAS) is a rare congenital anemia often requiring chronic red blood cell transfusions from infancy. Without appropriate chelation, iron overload develops early and may be severe; however, no data are available on chelation in patients under 3 years of age.Francesca Torchio, Baptiste Lecalvez, Emanuela Garelli, Coralie Mallebranche, Adriana Carando, Marie‐Pierre Castex, Nathalie Garnier, Marco Zecca, Nathalie Aladjidi, Elisa Bertoni, Arthur Sterin, Maria Licciardello, Anne Sirvent, Antonella Sau, Isabelle Marie, Benedicte Bruno, Lydie M. American Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
The predictive value of cytokines (CK) for malignancy‐associated adult hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (M‐HLHa) remains uncertain. We evaluated a cytokine‐based Risk Score (RS) and the IL‐10/IL‐6 Ratio to predict M‐HLHa. Adult patients (n = 112) from the French HLH cohort (NCT02113917) with complete data for nine key HLH related CK measured Coralie Bloch, Stephanie Chhun, Nanthara Sritharan, Marine Gil, Raphael Lhote, Marouane Boubaya, Olivier Lambotte, David Launay, Claire Larroche, Estibaliz Lazaro, Francois Liffermann, Marc Michel, Jean‐Marie Michot, Pierre Morel, Louis Terriou, Geoffrey Urbansk, Jean‐Francois Viallard, Morgane Cheminant, Felipe Suarez, Yves Lepelletier, Geneviève de Saint Basile, Olivier Hermine, the French HLH Study Group, Coralie Bloch, Jean Philippe Jais, Francois Liffermann, Pierre Morel, Morgane Cheminant, Felipe Suarez, Olivier Hermine, Fabrice Bonnet, Pascal Godemer, Damaj Gandhi, Olivier Fain, Olivier Lambotte, David Launay, Louis Terriou, Claire Larroche, Estibaliz Lazaro, Jean‐Francois Viallard, Francois Liffermann, Olivier Lortholary, Marc Michel, Jean‐Marie Michot, Pierre Morel, Frederic Pene, Antoinette Perlat, Geoffrey Urbanski +47 morewiley +1 more sourceHelp‐Seeking and Substance Use Among Police Staff After the 2018 Strasbourg Christmas Market Attack
American Journal of Industrial Medicine, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Background
The use of mental health services by police staff is usually low. After the 2018 attack on the Strasbourg Christmas market, police officers exposed to psychotraumatic risks were found to have a higher PTSD risk. This study aims to describe the help‐seeking and substance use by police staff after the attack.Nathalie Nourry, Ludivine Nohales, Laurence Lalanne, Emmanuel Fort, Maria Gonzalez, Pierre Vidailhet, Amaury C.
