Gαi1/3 Are Essential for BMP2‐Induced Osteogenesis by Bridging BMP Receptors to the Gab1 Signaling Complex

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Gαi1/3 protein is a crucial connecting protein closely related to the signal transduction process of bone formation‐related cytokines such as BMP2. Gαi1/3 mediates downstream signaling pathways such as Smads and MAPK by binding to adaptor proteins like Gab1, thereby promoting the osteogenic effect of BMSCs.

Targeting ADRB2 enhances sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer to VEGFR2 tyrosine kinase inhibitors

open access: yesCell Death Discovery, 2022
Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR2) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have achieved remarkable clinical progress in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer; however, resistance has limited their therapeutic efficacy.

Programmable Paracrine‐Mimetic Microneedle System for Temporal Regulation of Cardiac Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Temporal signaling is encoded into a programmable paracrine‐mimetic microneedle patch via tris(2,2'‐bipyridyl)dichlororuthenium(II) hexahydrate/sodium persulfate‐tuned hydrogel microparticles that deliver TGF‐β, IGF‐1, and VEGF over phase‐matched 7‐, 14‐, and 28‐day windows.

The role of Pazopanib in Soft Tissue Sarcoma: A comprehensive review of the literature

open access: yesForum of Clinical Oncology, 2015
INTRODUCTION: Sarcomas are a rare and heterogeneous group of tumours of mesenchymal origin. Single agent pazopanib showed activity in a phase II clinical trial designed to screen various soft tissue sarcoma subtypes [10] and a phase III [11] clinical ...

A Site‐Aware Representation Learning Framework For Unified Molecular Interaction Modeling and Generative Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MolDBG is a site‐aware, sequence‐only framework that unifies drug‐target affinity prediction, binding‐site identification, and affinity‐conditioned molecular generation for structured proteins. Guided by multi‐task binding‐site supervision, it aligns interaction‐critical residues before learning drug‐target representations and simultaneously infers ...

MET Suppresses Epithelial VEGFR2 via Intracrine VEGF-induced Endoplasmic Reticulum-associated Degradation

open access: yesEBioMedicine, 2015
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) drive cancer through their respective receptors, MET and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2). VEGFR2 inhibits MET by promoting MET dephosphorylation.

Alkylating Agent–Induced FANCL Impairment Damages Pulmonary Arterial, Venous, and Microvascular Endothelial Cells and Predisposes to PAH/PVOD

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes a novel cisplatin‐induced rat model of PAH/PVOD and identifies a conserved mechanistic axis—FANCL impairment, DNA damage accumulation, and endothelial dysfunction—triggered by cisplatin or mitomycin C across pulmonary arteries, veins, and microvessels.
