Kale (Brassica oleracea Acephala group) is a green leafy vegetable with high content of nutraceuticals. However, the content of bioactive compounds of kale is affected by the cultivar, and thus it is necessary to identify kale cultivars that have the highest nutritional content, to promote their consumption.
