本研究は日本人大学生英語学習者が持つ学習スタイルと語彙学習スタイルの関係を調査することを目的とした。まず、語彙学習方略の質問紙が作成され、その信頼性、妥当性の検証が行われた。学習スタイルの調査にはStyle Analysis Survey (Oxford, 1993)が使用された。これら2つの質問紙を実施し、分析した結果、学習スタイルと語彙学習方略では、特に多角的な方法で語彙を記憶にとどめておこうとする体制化方略の間に相関が見られた。また、視覚、聴覚、などの学習スタイルと、それに対応する語彙学習方略である、音声リハーサル方略や視覚反復との間に弱いながらも相関が見られた。さらに英語習熟度を測定するテストにおける下位群と上位群での相関の違いを比べてみたところ ...
