BACKGROUND: The grain aphid, Sitobion avenae Fabricius (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is an important pest of cereal crops. Pesticides are the main method for control but carry the risk of selecting for resistance.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

Alterations in intrinsic plasticity are important in epilepsy. Here the authors show that the epigenetic factor CDYL regulates the gene expression of the voltage gated sodium channel, Nav1.6, which contributes to seizures in a rat model of epilepsy.

This study presents a human Bone (and Bone Marrow)‐on‐a‐Chip model based on native human bone scaffolds and autologous cells. Dynamic perfusion and sequential cell seeding replicate the physiological bone remodeling process in vitro, enabling the long‐term culture of functional, mature bone marrow immune subpopulations.

A time‐multiplexed nanobody‐functionalized organic electrochemical transistor enables rapid and sensitive detection of three respiratory viral proteins from saliva. Sequentially addressed multi‐gate electrodes on a shared channel achieve around 1 fm detection within 15 min without sample preprocessing. Clinical validation demonstrates high specificity,

Bisphenol A binds to the local anesthetic receptor site to block the human cardiac sodium channel.
Bisphenol A (BPA) has attracted considerable public attention as it leaches from plastic used in food containers, is detectable in human fluids and recent epidemiologic studies link BPA exposure with diseases including cardiovascular disorders.

Redox‐Dependent Chaperoning of GBF1 Condensates Regulates Seed Germination in Arabidopsis
In dormant seeds (low ROS), GBF1 forms liquid condensates to repress the germination gene CathB3, and the chaperone GIP1 maintains condensate liquidity and repressive activity. Upon imbibition (high ROS), ROS oxidize GIP1 during germination, impairing its chaperone function.
