Sero‐Epidemiology and Molecular Detection of Bluetongue Virus in Goats in Bangladesh
The first large‐scale study in Bangladesh confirmed bluetongue virus infection in goats through combined c‐ELISA and nested RT‐PCR approaches, revealing high seroprevalence and identifying key management‐related risk factors. ABSTRACT Background Bluetongue (BT) is an arthropod‐transmitted, non‐contagious viral disease of domestic ruminants caused by ...

AAV's widespread application is currently confronting critical challenges. This study established a systematic framework of ‘natural discovery–evolutionary analysis–functional optimization’, providing a new paradigm for the development of next‐generation AAV vectors with clinical‐grade tissue specificity, low immunogenicity, and cross‐species ...

Nucleotides sequence of the genes for the simian virus 40 proteins VP2 and VP3.
We have determined the nucleotide sequence of the DNA of simian virus 40. The proceeding report (Dhar, R., Reddy, V.B., and Weissman, S.M. (1978) J. Biol. Chem. 253, 612-620) presents the sequence of a portion of the simian virus 40 DNA that overlaps the region encoding the 5' end of the minor structural protein VP2.

ABSTRACT Background Rhinovirus (RV) is a common respiratory virus, but asymptomatic RV infections in adults still require further investigation. Nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs) for COVID‐19 markedly reduced other respiratory viruses, yet RV circulation appeared to persist.
