Ball Comparison for Some Efficient Fourth Order Iterative Methods Under Weak Conditions
We provide a ball comparison between some 4-order methods to solve nonlinear equations involving Banach space valued operators. We only use hypotheses on the first derivative, as compared to the earlier works where they considered conditions reaching up ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Ball Convergence of an Efficient Eighth Order Iterative Method Under Weak Conditions
The convergence order of numerous iterative methods is obtained using derivatives of a higher order, although these derivatives are not involved in the methods.

Twisted Weak Orders of Coxeter Groups [PDF]
In this paper, we initiate the study of the twisted weak order associated to a twisted Bruhat order for a Coxeter group and explore the relationship between the lattice property of such order and the infinite reduced words. We show that for a 2 closure biclosed set $B$ in $Φ^+$, the $B$-twisted weak order is a non-complete meet semilattice if $B$ is ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

Wachs permutations, Bruhat order and weak order
We study the partial orders induced on Wachs and signed Wachs permutations by the Bruhat and weak orders of the symmetric and hyperoctahedral groups. We show that these orders are graded, determine their rank function, characterize their ordering and covering relations, and compute their characteristic polynomials, when partially ordered by Bruhat ...

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Partial orders generalizing the weak order on Coxeter groups
Taking a Coxeter system of type \(M\) to be a pair \((W,R)\), with Wa group generated by \(\{\Gamma_i\}^n_{i=1}=R\) and \(M=(M_{ij})\) a symmetric matrix with \(M_{ii}=1\), \(M_{ij}\in N\), \((\Gamma_i\Gamma_j)^{Mij}=1\), these systems have been investigated from different perspectives since the generators \(\Gamma_i\) with \(\Gamma_i^2=e\), may be ...

dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...
