Workplace Ostracism Scale: Psychometric Analysis of the Workplace Ostracism Scale Among Indian IT Professionals

This study aimed to validate the Workplace Ostracism Scale by Ferris et al. (2008) among 403 IT employees in India using a cross-sectional survey design and purposive sampling. The self-report questionnaire measured experiences of ostracism, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 26 and Jamovi 2.6.
