A ROS‐driven in situ oxygen supply nanoventilator based on enzyme nanocapsule can convert ROS into O2 through enzyme cascade reaction between SOD and CAT to relieve lung hypoxia, and kill MRSA by releasing vancomycin, which effectively reduces HIF‐1α expression and balances pro‐inflammatory/anti‐inflammatory macrophages ratio, thereby reducing the ...

A globally attractive cycle driven by sequential bifurcations containing ghost effects in a 3-node yeast cell cycle model [PDF]
Yeast cells produce daughter cells through a DNA replication and mitosis cycle associated with checkpoints and governed by the cell cycle regulatory network. To ensure genome stability and genetic information inheritance, this regulatory network must be dynamically robust against various fluctuations. Here we construct a simplified cell cycle model for

Developing Quorum Sensing‐Based Collaborative Dynamic Control System in Halomonas TD01
A standardized and streamlined inducer‐free quorum sensing (QS)‐based collaborative dynamic control pattern is developed for sufficient gene expression control in Halomonas TD by mixing two engineered cells, cells A and B. Proof‐of‐concept studies are designed to test the dynamic control performance in mixed cultures in fed‐batch conditions.

Molecular techniques employed in CTG(Ser1) and CTG(Ala) D-xylose metabolizing yeast clades for strain design and industrial applications [PDF]
D-xylose is the second most abundant monosaccharide found in lignocellulose and is of biotechnological importance for producing second-generation ethanol and other high-value chemical compounds. D-xylose conversion to ethanol is promoted by microbial fermentation, mainly by bacteria, yeasts, or filamentous fungi.

The GhWL1‐GhH1‐GhGA2OX1 Transcriptional Module Regulates Cotton Leaf Morphology
This study identified GhWL1 as a key gene involved in regulating leaf development through analysis of a T‐DNA insertion mutant. The GhWL1‐GhH1 complex is shown to positively regulate GhGA2OX1 by directly binding to its promoter, thereby establishing the GhWL1‐GhH1‐GhGA2OX1 module as a critical pathway in leaf development.
