The nutritional, mineral, Vitamin C and antioxidant capacity profiling of the nut of Spondias mombin has been carried out. The nut of S. mombin (NSM) was extracted from its fruit and then profiled quantitatively for its nutritional, mineral and vitamin C contents using the AOAC standard procedures.
