Cold Plasma Pretreatment Enhances Antioxidant Stability in Lime Fruit During Storage

This study investigates the use of cold plasma (CP) pretreatment, including dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) and gliding arc (GLIDE) plasma, to enhance the antioxidant properties and storage stability of lime.
