【目的】探讨免疫抑制剂在肾移植术后巨细胞病毒( cytomegalovirus, CMV)病治疗中的应用情况。【方法】对 47 例肾移植术后 CM V 病患者治疗中免疫抑制剂的应用进行总结和分析。【结果】CMV 病治疗有效率 72%, 治愈率 66%。34 例( 72%)患者停用了皮质激素, 16 例( 34%)患者环孢素减量, 4 例( 9%)停用全部免疫抑制剂。【结论】肾移植术后CMV 病治疗中免疫抑制剂的调整应作为治疗的辅助措施 之一,适当减少甚至停用部分或全部免疫抑制剂并不增加排斥反应的发生率。
