Comparative Efficiency of Multiple eDNA Sampling Methods for Monitoring Vertebrate Diversity in Mountainous Region

This study evaluates the effectiveness of three environmental DNA sampling approaches–water eDNA, air eDNA, and leech‐derived iDNA–for surveying vertebrate diversity in the Gaoligong Mountains of southwest China. Using five metabarcoding primer sets, we detected 235 vertebrate species.

赤芝不同生长期的功效品质比较研究

对段木栽培不同生长期的赤芝水煎液样品,分别进行小鼠负重游泳试验、戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠试验、小鼠急性缺血性缺氧试验、对S180荷瘤小鼠瘤重影响试验及对PCI2细胞分化影响试验,并分别测定其多糖和三萜的含量.研究发现,赤芝菌柄期的样品对戊巴比妥钠所致的小鼠睡眠时间有一定的延长作用,对急性脑缺血性耐缺氧的小鼠的喘气时间有显著的增加,并对PC12细胞分化影响最为明显,赤芝子实体期的样品能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,抑制S180荷瘤小鼠瘤重.

银莲花素A对S180、H22和U14细胞小鼠移植瘤的抑制作用

背景与目的:有研究证明,从两头尖中分离得到的三萜皂甙银莲花素A在体外具有较好的抑瘤活性。本研究将观察银莲花素A在体内对小鼠移植瘤的抑制活性。方法:MTT法检测银莲花素A对人鼻咽癌KB细胞和人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞的抑制率。体内实验选取小鼠肉瘤S180细胞、小鼠肝癌H22细胞和小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞,观察银莲花素A注射给药对S180、H22和U14细胞小鼠移植瘤的抑瘤率,以及灌胃给药对小鼠肉瘤S180移植瘤的抑瘤率。测定银莲花素A的急性毒性。结果:银莲花素A在体外对KB细胞和SKOV3细胞的IC50分别为4.

亮菌多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的研究

通过对荷瘤小鼠腹腔注射亮菌多糖后,观察其对荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应、NK细胞活性及对IL-1I、L-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ诱生的影响.研究结果表明:亮菌多糖能够显著提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性、对ConA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞有明显的促进作用,提高荷瘤小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的能力;促进荷瘤小鼠机体细胞分泌TNF-α;明显提高荷瘤小鼠血清中IFN-γ的含量.提示亮菌多糖可通过调节机体免疫功能而间接起到抗肿瘤的作用.

多重耐药性铜绿假单胞菌的分离鉴定及小鼠烧伤感染模型的建立

紫甘薯花青素对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

目的初步探讨紫甘薯花青素对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法用50%乙醇制备小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,分别ig给予慢性酒精性肝小鼠不同浓度的紫甘薯花青素,给药20 d后,观察小鼠的生长状况,测定脏器指数及血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(GRAC)等生化指标,对肝脏组织行HE染色分析。结果紫甘薯花青素可显著降低酒精性肝模型小鼠血清中AST、ALT的活性及肝、脾脏指数,增加ADH的含量及肾脏指数,可明显减轻小鼠的肝组织损伤程度 ...
