Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2014 目的探索最佳的小鼠睾丸支持细胞分离、培养及鉴定方案。研究神经生长因子（nerve growth factor,NGF）对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生理状态的影响。方法通过胶原酶、胰酶等处理分离一周龄小白鼠睾丸支持细胞,通过油红O染色对分离得到的细胞进行鉴定;用加入NGF的培养基和对照培养基分别体外培养小鼠睾丸支持细胞,探索NGF对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长情况的影响。结果分离得到了较高纯度的小鼠睾丸支持细胞,培养48小时后NGF组的小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长情况明显优于对照组。结论 NGF对小鼠睾丸支持细胞生长有着重要的作用。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的分离鉴定多重耐药性铜绿假单胞菌,制备铜绿假单胞菌感染的小鼠烫伤模型。方法常规方法分离纯化铜绿假单胞菌,并经16sRNA序列分析鉴定铜绿假单胞菌;平板稀释法测定分离菌株对18种抗菌药物的耐药性;应用烫伤仪确定小鼠对100℃下不同烫伤面积和烫伤时间的耐受情况,确定最佳烫伤时间和面积建立小鼠烫伤模型;对小鼠烫伤模型皮下感染不同浓度的铜绿假单胞菌,确定72h内全部小鼠死亡的细菌最小致死量,最小致死量感染组小鼠死亡后立即应用平板稀释法检测肝和脾内细菌荷载量。结果分离鉴定得到5株多重耐药性铜绿假单胞菌 ...

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2007 通过对荷瘤小鼠腹腔注射亮菌多糖后,观察其对荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应、NK细胞活性及对IL-1I、L-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ诱生的影响.研究结果表明:亮菌多糖能够显著提高荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性、对ConA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞有明显的促进作用,提高荷瘤小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的能力;促进荷瘤小鼠机体细胞分泌TNF-α;明显提高荷瘤小鼠血清中IFN-γ的含量.提示亮菌多糖可通过调节机体免疫功能而间接起到抗肿瘤的作用.
