为提高高频水声换能器的性能,提出了一种基于1-1-3型压电复合材料的带有梯形匹配层的水声换能器设计。应用有限元方法分析了有无匹配层对复合材料电性能、辐射端振动位移的影响。并研制了带匹配层和不带匹配层的2种水声换能器。测试结果显示引入匹配层使得水声换能器在谐振频率为360 kHz时最大发送电压响应达到169.4 dB,接收电压灵敏度为-190 dB,-3 dB下接收信号带宽最大可达70 kHz,最大声源级达到208 dB。发送电压响应比没有匹配层的换能器提高了3.8 dB、声源级提高了6 dB ...

通过改变氧化锑的含量,分析不同含量对氧化锌电阻片电位梯度、泄漏电流等性能的影响。氧化锑在烧结过程中与氧化锌可以形成尖晶石相,可以抑制氧化锌晶粒尺寸的大小,进而调整电阻片电位梯度。在传统五元配方体系中,通过改变氧化锑的增加,电阻片收缩率逐渐增大,致密度逐渐增加;掺杂适量的氧化锑可以提高电位梯度,降低泄漏电流;掺杂过量的氧化锑会降低电位梯度。
