摘 要 用痘苗病毒作载体,成功构建了高效表达人癌胚抗原( CEA)的CE A-重组痘苗病毒, 用143 TK-细 胞作为宿主细胞,表达的蛋白质只在细胞膜上能检测到,而胞质内和细胞上清液中均未能检测到, 可见所表达 的蛋白质保持了其原有特性,再次证实痘苗病毒是真核表达的有效载体。本结果为进一步研究CE A-重组痘苗 病毒能否激活机体的免疫系统杀伤表达C EA的肿瘤提供了物质基础。
