目的建立一种简单易行,快速,准确的母血污染鉴定技术,应用于产前诊断前排除母血污染。方法在X染色体上选取具有高杂合度和高多态性的6个短串联重复序列位点,应用连锁分析对10例羊水和10例脐带血标本进行母血污染鉴定。结果在10例羊水和10例脐带血标本中各发现1例标本发生母血污染。结论该方法可应用于临床实验室进行产前诊断前排除母血污染。
