目的 监测2018-2021年长春市儿童下呼吸感染中腺病毒感染情况、流行病学特征及基因进化特点。方法采用Real time PCR方法对2018年6月至2021年6月份采集的172例儿童支气管肺泡灌洗液标本进行呼吸道病原检测。对检测腺病毒阳性的标本进行病毒分离、对分离到的病毒进行Hexon基因测序测定、BLAST比对后确定腺病毒型别,分析腺病毒进化特点。结果 172份标本中共检出腺病毒阳性标本32份,阳性率为18.6%,分离得到腺病毒毒株13株,分离率为40.63%,基因特性分析显示腺病毒7型11株 ...
