基于微电极技术的生物膜载体MBBR脱氮性能分析

研究了采用以聚氨酯海绵和沸石粉为单体制备的新型载体与普通聚氨酯海绵载体的MBBR体系的脱氮效果,并利用微电极技术对2种载体内部的DO和ORP分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,新型载体MBBR体系具有更高效的脱氮性能,TN去除率和同步硝化反硝化(SND)性能比聚氨酯海绵载体MBBR体系高约10%;新型载体内部的DO和ORP比聚氨酯海绵载体下降快,其内部具有更大范围的缺氧区域,从而有利于反硝化过程的发生,提高了体系的SND性能。

Hydrothermal synthesis of ZSM-5 coatings strongly-adhered on stainless steel supports(不锈钢载体上高结合力ZSM-5涂层的水热合成)

采用水热合成法制备了不锈钢负载的ZSM-5分子筛涂层.考察了不锈钢载体表面处理对分子筛与载体之间结合力的影响.研究结果表明,与酸处理或洗涤剂清洗处理相比,高温热处理更加有利于提高分子筛与不锈钢载体之间的结合力,且热处理效果与温度有关,最佳处理温度为850 ℃,在该温度下处理5 h后的载体,所得到的分子筛/不锈钢复合材料,不仅具有最大的分子筛表面覆盖率,而且在焙烧过程中分子筛几乎不脱落.热处理后的载体在反应液中进一步浸泡同样会影响分子筛的覆盖率及结合力,影响大小与载体热处理温度有关.

Toll样受体4小干扰RNA表达载体的构建及鉴定筛选

目的构建并筛选到能有效抑制TLR4基因表达的小干扰RNA表达载体,用于研究TLR4基因功能。方法 RNA干扰采用体外构建小干扰RNA表达载体法,将构建好的表达载体转染单核细胞株,分别用流式细胞术和实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测TLR4蛋白和mRNA表达变化,筛选抑制效率最高的小干扰RNA表达载体。结果成功构建了TLR4小干扰RNA表达载体,并经电泳及测序证实;编号为S8-1的载体转染入细胞后,TLR4阳性率为27.03%,显著低于对照组的35.12%;流式细胞术和实时荧光定量RT ...
