Photoactivatable organometallic pyridyl ruthenium(II) arene complexes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The synthesis and characterization of a family of piano-stool RuII arene complexes of the type [(η6-arene)Ru(N,N′)(L)][PF6]2, where arene is p-cymene (p-cym), hexamethylbenzene (hmb), or indane (ind), N,N′ is 2,2′-bipyrimidine (bpm), 1,10-phenanthroline (

Advanced Porous Materials for Maritime Carbon Capture

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Carbon capture from emission sources, such as marine vessels, has attracted significant attention over the years. To achieve this goal, sorbents such as metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), porous polymer networks (PPNs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), and their post‐synthetic modifications are currently being explored.

Study acute toxicity of 4-(R-amino)-5-(thiophen-2-ylmethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol in vivo

open access: yesФармацевтичний журнал, 2018
Typically, the system is already known are used as the core for a new substance, which have already proved themselves as potential drugs. So one of these is 1,2,4-triazole ring.

Thermal behavior of polytriazole films: a thermal analysis study [PDF]

open access: yes, 1989
The thermal behavior of poly(1,3-phenyl-1,4-phenyl)-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole has been investigated using different scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG).

Site‐Selective Polyvinylpyrrolidone Adsorption Behavior for 3D Heterogeneous Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Site‐selective adsorption behavior is presented with polyvinylpyrrolidone on a Cu/SiO2 pattern wafer, which enables 3D heterogeneous integration. Owing to the site‐selective adsorption behavior and its corresponding electrostatic interaction between SiO2 nanoparticles and the Cu surface, the selectivity of Cu/SiO2 is arbitrarily controlled ...

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activities of New Metronidazole and Imidazole Derivatives

open access: yesMolecules, 2009
New imidazole ring derivatives comprising 1,3-oxazoline, Schiff's bases, thiadiazole, oxadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole moieties are reported. 3-Aminobiimidazol-4-one compounds 7a-c were synthesized by the reaction of compounds 6a-c with hydrazine hydrate ...

Iterative in Situ Click Chemistry Assembles a Branched Capture Agent and Allosteric Inhibitor for Akt1 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
We describe the use of iterative in situ click chemistry to design an Akt-specific branched peptide triligand that is a drop-in replacement for monoclonal antibodies in multiple biochemical assays.

Harnessing Carbenoid Reactivity From Imidazoles and Oxiranes

open access: yesAdvanced Synthesis &Catalysis, EarlyView.
The combination of azole compounds and oxiranes exhibits carbenoid reactivity at elevated temperatures, as demonstrated by the successful benzoin condensation of aromatic aldehydes. Using this catalytic system to polymerize bifunctional aldehyde/oxirane monomers yields thermosets with glass transition temperatures above 100°C.

Synthesis and regioselective N- and O-alkylation of 1H- or 3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine-5,7(4H,6H)-diones (8-azaxanthines) and transformation of their 3-alkyl derivatives into 1-alkyl isomers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Several alkylating agents, for example alkyl halides and dimethyl sulfate, were employed in aprotic Solvents Under a variety of conditions for the alkylation of mono- and disubstituted 1H- or 3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine-5,7(4H,6H)-diones, which ...
