High--Resolution 3D Simulations of Relativistic Jets
We have performed high-resolution 3D simulations of relativistic jets with beam flow Lorentz factors up to 7, a spatial resolution of 8 cells per beam radius, and for up to 75 normalized time units to study the morphology and dynamics of 3D relativistic ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Three-dimensional Anaglyph Indocyanine Green Video Angiography: A New Technology for Cerebrovascular Surgeries [PDF]
Background and Aim: Indocyanine Green (ICG) angiography has become the standard of practice in many centers managing cerebrovascular diseases. Though 3D stereoscopic recording of the surgeries has received widespread attention, there is a need for a ...

Multi-View 2D/3D Switchable Display with Cylindrical Liquid Crystal Lens Array
We propose a multi-view 2D/3D switchable display by using cylindrical liquid crystal (LC) lens array with a low operating voltage and fast response time. The cylindrical LC lens array is composed of three parts: the LC layer, a top-plane indium tin oxide

Displaying 3D images: algorithms for single-image random-dot [PDF]
A new, simple, and symmetric algorithm can be implemented that results in higher levels of detail in solid objects than previously possible with autostereograms.

Classification of symmetric periodic trajectories in ellipsoidal billiards
We classify nonsingular symmetric periodic trajectories (SPTs) of billiards inside ellipsoids of R^{n+1} without any symmetry of revolution. SPTs are defined as periodic trajectories passing through some symmetry set.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Force-Guiding Particle Chains for Shape-Shifting Displays
We present design and implementation of a chain of particles that can be programmed to fold the chain into a given curve. The particles guide an external force to fold, therefore the particles are simple and amenable for miniaturization.

EyePACT: eye-based parallax correction on touch-enabled interactive displays [PDF]
The parallax effect describes the displacement between the perceived and detected touch locations on a touch-enabled surface. Parallax is a key usability challenge for interactive displays, particularly for those that require thick layers of glass ...

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
