Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 37, 3 July 2026.
We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.

Exploring Genetic Contributions to Prostate Cancer Risk in an Asian Population‐Based Study

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 7, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Genetic susceptibility to prostate cancer (PCa) varies across populations, yet East Asian men remain underrepresented in genome‐wide association studies (GWAS). This study aimed to identify genetic variants associated with PCa in a Taiwanese cohort and to explore their potential biological relevance using integrative annotation ...

Identification of Wheat Sulfotransferase Genes and Functional Analysis of TaSOT48 Regulatory Responses to Biotic and Abiotic Stress Conditions

open access: yesFood and Energy Security, Volume 15, Issue 4, July/August 2026.
ABSTRACT Sulfotransferases (SOTs) catalyze sulfate conjugation and contribute to diverse biochemical processes in plants. In this study, 112 wheat SOT genes were identified and characterized through genome‐wide analyses. The TaSOT genes were unevenly distributed across 21 chromosomes, and duplication analysis revealed 35 duplicated gene pairs that have
