Effect of varying dietary fatty acid patterns on early‐life food allergy in rats
Different diet patterns of fatty acid intake early in life influence an individual's susceptibility to food allergy. Most importantly, n‐3 long‐chain polyunsaturated fatty acids exhibited the strongest inhibitory effect on food allergy through regulating gut flora and T cell balance.
