Trastuzumab-conjugated oxine-based ligand for [89Zr]Zr4+ immunoPET
Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry, 2022A new, bifunctional chelating ligand for immuno-Positron Emission Tomography (PET) was designed, synthesized, and conjugated to Trastuzumab for a proof-of-concept study with 89Zr. H4neunox was synthesized from the tris(2-aminoethyl)amine backbone, decorated with 8-hydroxyquinoline moieties, and utilizes a primary amine for functionalization.

Abstract The lifetimes of a number of levels in 89 Zr have been measured with the Doppler-shift attenuation method using the 89 Y(p, nγ) 89 Zr reaction and observing the γ-rays in a Ge(Li) detector. The results are: τ (1628) = 370 ± 50fs, τ (1743) = 710 ± 180 fs, τ (1835) = 460 ± 190 fs, τ (2100) = 180 ± 60 fs, τ (2298) = 105 ± 30 fs, τ (2388)

Structure of the 89Zr via the high-resolution 91Zr(p,t)89Zr reaction and shell-model calculations
Nuclear Physics A, 2002Abstract The 91 Zr(p, t) 89 Zr reaction has been studied in a high-resolution experiment at an incident proton energy of 25 MeV. Angular distributions for transitions to 44 levels of 89 Zr up to an excitation energy of ∼ 3.650 MeV have been measured.
