Master Teachers' Academic Leadership and Teachers' Performance

Abstract:   This study aimed to assess the academic leadership of Master Teachers in relation to teachers' performance in public schools within a medium-sized division in Eastern Visayas during the School Year 2023–2024. Quantitative data were gathered from 329 public school teachers using a validated researcher-made questionnaire.
