การผลิตเซลลูโลสโดย Acetobacter xylinum ที่อุณหภูมิสูง

งานวิจัยนี้คัดแยกเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่มีความสามารถในการผลิตเซลลูโลสได้จากผลไม้ต่างๆ 108 ไอโซเลต และพบว่าเชื้อ G9 G11 G16 R9 และ R9/2 สามารถผลิตเซลลูโลสได้ในอุณหภูมิสูง เมื่อทำการทดสอบทางชีวเคมีและทดสอบ 16s rDNA sequence เทียบกับเชื้อ Type strain พบว่าทั้ง 5 ไอโซเลต เป็น Acetobacter xylinum ที่อุณหภูมิ 37ํซ และ 40 ํซ เชื้อ G9 เป็นสายพันธุ์ที่สามารถเจร ...
