Five‐year survival impact of adjuvant anti‐PD‐1 therapy in a nationwide cohort of stage III melanoma

This nationwide real‐world cohort study was unable to demonstrate a population‐level survival benefit of adjuvant anti‐PD‐1 in stage III melanoma. Matched analyses suggested higher OS in treated patients. However, limited statistical power and potential residual confounding preclude firm conclusions.
