The predatory bacteria B. bacteriovorus HD100 shows potential for biotechnological applications. We adapted the Golden Standard hierarchical assembly cloning technique for B. bacteriovorus HD100HD100 by incorporating the Tn7 transposon's mobile element into its chromosome. Our engineered strains were thoroughly assessed using flow cytometry, confirming

N‐substituted pyrrole carboxylic acid derivatives from 3,4‐dihydroxyketons
Chemoenzymatic synthesis of pyrrole acid derivatives starting from d‐glucarate derived from biomass. A 3,4‐dihydroxyketone is produced enzymatically by a glucarate dehydratase and is further chemically converted in aqueous medium at 70 °C to various pyrrole acid derivatives by using various primary amines.

Metabolic capabilities of Actinobacillus succinogenes for succinic acid production
Abstract - Attention has been focused on microbial succinic acid production as an alternative for conventional chemical synthesis that is associated with environmental pollution. A metabolic model for Actinobacillus succinogenes 130Z was developed with a mixture of glucose and xylose as substrate. The metabolic fluxes during succinicate production were
