Genetic Ablation and Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveal CEP55 as a Key Driver of Tumorigenesis in Diverse Cancer Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Novel NUDT15 germline variant in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia – Increase susceptibility to mercaptopurine toxicity responsible for relapse and severe life threatening sepsis: A case report

open access: yesPediatric Hematology Oncology Journal, 2017
Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) has become one of most curable malignancies among all childhood cancers. Such results are possible because of improved understanding of the biology and pathophysiology of the disease with discovery of novel mutations ...

Epigenetic activation of the FLT3 gene by ZNF384 fusion confers a therapeutic susceptibility in acute lymphoblastic leukemia

open access: yesNature Communications, 2022
Different molecular subtypes defined by specific gene rearrangements have been described for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). Here, the authors show that ZNF384 fusion activates FLT3 expression conferring a therapeutic vulnerability for ZNF384 ...

Supramolecular Degraders: An Emerging Paradigm in Targeted Protein Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dynamic supramolecular assembly reshapes targeted protein degradation by coordinating modular degrader construction, delivery, functional integration, and intracellular assembly or activation across proteasomal, endosomal–lysosomal, and autophagy–lysosomal pathways.

Transcription factor 12‐mediated self‐feedback regulatory mechanism is required in DUX4 fusion leukaemia

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, 2023
Background IGH::DUX4 is frequently observed in 4% B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia patients. Regarding the IGH::DUX4‐driven transactivation and alternative splicing, which are the main reasons behind this acute leukaemia outbreak, it remains unclear ...

A Multi‐Targeting Chimeric Antigen Receptor‐T Cell Platform to Overcome Antigen Heterogeneity in the Treatment of Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐transmembrane Bicephali CAR‐T platform simultaneously targets CD276 and NKG2D ligands to address antigen heterogeneity in non‐small cell lung cancer. By improving immune synapse formation, mitochondrial fitness, antioxidant capacity, and stem‐like persistence, this design enhances durable tumor control and provides a versatile strategy to ...

Sinonasal Lymphoma Presenting as a Probable Sanctuary Site for Relapsed B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

open access: yesCase Reports in Hematology, 2015
Sinonasal lymphoma is a non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) representing 1.5% of all lymphomas. It presents as an unremitting ulceration with progressive destruction of midline sinonasal and surrounding structures. Poor prognosis warrants early treatment although

Beneficial and harmful effects of anthracyclines in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

open access: yes, 2009
Anthracyclines are used to treat childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) but non-randomized studies suggest that cardiotoxicity may be a problem.
