This study reveals that Urolithin A (UA) counteracts alcohol‐induced cognitive and social dysfunction (AICSD) via a gut microbiome‐dependent mechanism. UA‐enriched Bacteroids sartorii and Parabacteroids distasonis elevate anandamide (AEA), which activates the CB1R‐DRD2‐Rap1 signaling cascade to drive synaptic repair and reduce neuroinflammation ...

Predictor-based adaptive cruise control design
We develop a predictor-based adaptive cruise control design for compensation of arbitrarily large actuator and sensor delays in vehicular systems utilizing measurements of the relative spacing as well as of the speed and acceleration of each individual vehicular system.

This study identifies the transcription factor ETV1 as a key driver of CD4⁺ T cell‐mediated intestinal inflammation in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ETV1 promotes CD4⁺ T cell activation, proliferation, and Th17 differentiation by activating the amino acid transporter SLC7A5, fueling metabolic reprogramming.

This study designed a tumor microenvironment‐responsive AIEgen nanoparticle for near‐infrared photoimmunotherapy, which inhibits primary tumors and metastasis by promoting pyroptosis and suppressing aerobic glycolysis. ABSTRACT In advanced osteosarcoma, tumor invasion often prevents complete resection, and immunotherapy is limited by the tumor's ...

A Hierarchical Control Scheme for Adaptive Cruise Control System Based on Model Predictive Control
An adaptive cruise control (ACC) system can improve safety and comfort during driving by taking over longitudinal control of the vehicle. It requires the coordination between the upper-layer controller and the lower-layer actuators.

Cooperative adaptive cruise control, design and experiments [PDF]
The design of a CACC system and corresponding experiments are presented. The design targets string stable system behavior, which is assessed using a frequency-domain-based approach. Following this approach, it is shown that the available wireless information enables small inter-vehicle distances, while maintaining string stable behavior.

SLC2A3 derived lactate promotes metastasis through p53 lactylation at K120 and osteoclast differentiation. Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion. ABSTRACT Bone metastasis is a devastating consequence of lung cancer.
