Engineering‐Modulated Molybdenum Enzymes Strategy for Tumor‐Specific Metabolic‐Immunotherapy

Biodegradable molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles were synthesized via a one‐pot strategy to increase molybdenum enzyme activity and thus effectively potentiate anti‐tumor immunity by integrating molybdenum‐based metalloimmunotherapy with hydrogen sulfide gas therapy.

EDNRA Forms a Positive Feedback Loop with the Hippo/YAP Axis to Drive Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression

Endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) and the Hippo/YAP pathway form a self‐reinforcing loop that sustains triple‐negative breast cancer. EDNRA activates YAP through Gαq/11–Rho/ROCK–LATS signaling, while YAP/TEAD4 reciprocally drives EDNRA transcription.

A comparative study of the interaction between the conversion factor from human tissues with the small forms of adenosine deaminase from various organisms

Two molecular forms of adenosine deaminase have been isolated from bovine livers. These two forms were found to be interconvertible. Adenosine deaminase extracted from human tissues exhibited similar properties as well.

A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens. This system combines pH/ATP‐triggered release with enhanced foliar retention, improving efficacy while sparing honeybees and promoting rice growth, offering a promising resistance‐breaking strategy.
