Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP)
1998The AFLP technology (1, 2) recently developed by KEYGENE provides a new powerful tool for the detection and evaluation of genetic variation in germplasm collections and in the screening of biodiversity. Compared with the widely used RFLP technique (3) (see Chapter 6), AFLPs are faster, less labour intensive and provide more information.

AFLP (Amplified fragment length polymorphism)
In

[The advancement of AFLP technology].
Sheng wu gong cheng xue bao = Chinese journal of biotechnology, 2010AFLP technology has been widely used in molecular biology due to its integration of several advantages of high throughput, high efficiency and requiring no sequence information, etc. Great changes have been achieved in recent years in AFLP-related technologies and platforms. There are several AFLP-expanded technologies available.
