Plasmonics‐Enhanced Characterization of Cervid PrP (87–114) Fragment Aggregates in Solution
Multimodal nanophotonics platform combining plasmon‐enhanced imaging, label‐free SERS, and optical staining reveals new insights into the aggregation of the cervid PrP (87–114) fragment, an amyloidogenic sequence linked to chronic wasting disease susceptibility.

Abstract Posdinemab, a humanized immunoglobulin G1/κ monoclonal antibody, binds with high affinity to phosphorylated tau protein which is associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathophysiology. Posdinemab reduced tau seeding in murine models and was well tolerated in Phase‐1 clinical studies.

We demonstrate that distinct quantum dots with ZnS shells can be incorporated directly into poly(ethylene glycol) brushes at gold nanoparticle surfaces, based on non‐covalent interactions between the quantum‐dot surface and PEG monomer. The structure and photoluminescence properties of obtained gold/quantum‐dot conjugates can be engineered by adjusting

Mass Spectrometry Structural Proteomics Enabled by Limited Proteolysis and Cross‐Linking
ABSTRACT The exploration of protein structure and function stands at the forefront of life science and represents an ever‐expanding focus in the development of proteomics. As mass spectrometry (MS) offers readout of protein conformational changes at both the protein and peptide levels, MS‐based structural proteomics is making significant strides in the
