A mouse coccygeal intervertebral disc degeneration model with tail‐looping constructed using a suturing method

This article illustrates the modeling process of a cisplatin‐induced neuropathic pain model in rats or mice. Multiple modeling tests are required for rats or mice before, during, and after modeling. Identification of bioactive compounds and molecular targets of Fuke Huahuang formulation to treat vaginitis

Fuke Huahuang formulation (FHF) is used to treat vaginitis, and it exerts a promising anti‐inflammatory effect in clinical use. However, the detailed components and mechanisms of FHF for treating vaginitis remain unreported, and further preclinical evaluation is required to reveal its potential pharmacological activities against vaginitis.
