Novel design methods for a special kind of functional molecules — the energetic molecules—are summarized. Both classic Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) generative models are utilized for the high‐throughput design of these energetic molecules, and a sort of high‐energy low‐sensitivity molecules are obtained.

Strigolactone signaling: Licensing antiviral RNA interference in rice
Rice grassy stunt virus (RGSV) suppresses strigolactone‐mediated antiviral RNAi through P3‐D14 interaction. Structure‐guided D14D102N editing disrupts P3 binding while maintaining SL signaling, sustaining antiviral defense and providing strong resistance without compromising plant growth or yield.
