A vibrational spectroscopy study on anserine and its aqueous solutions
In this study based on vibrational spectroscopic measurements and Density Functional Theory (OFF), we aimed for a reliable interpretation of the IR and Raman spectra recorded for anserine in the solid phase and water (H2O) and heavy water (D2O) solutions.

Voltammetric Characterization and Determination of Histidine Dipeptides - Carnosine and Anserine
This study reports the characterization of two histidine dipeptides, carnosine (β -alanyl-L-histidine) and anserine (β-alanyl-3-methyl-L-histidine), by differential pulse voltammetry.

Neuroprotective Effects of Carnosine Against Corticosterone‐Induced Depression and Memory Impairment
This main findings of the study and illustrates the key workflow. ABSTRACT Corticosterone (Crt) is reported to induce oxidative stress in experimental animals. Carnosine (Crn), a well‐known dipeptide antioxidant synthesized endogenously from β‐alanine and L‐histidine, neutralizes oxidative stress. The current study examines the influences of Crn on Crt‐

A Novel Multimodal LC–MS/MS Panel for the Comprehensive Diagnosis of Neurometabolic Disorders in CSF
ABSTRACT Metabolic testing of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is essential for early diagnosis of neurometabolic disorders. However, the large number of differential diagnoses, the phenotypic variance within a clinical picture, and the disease rarity complicate targeted metabolic diagnostics.

Preservation Strategies for Camel Meat: Quality Improvement and Shelf‐Life Extension
Camel meat, a crucial protein source in arid regions, faces challenges like high moisture content and susceptibility to spoilage, limiting its shelf life. Traditional methods such as salting, drying, and smoking have been used historically, while modern techniques like refrigeration, freezing, and vacuum packaging enhance quality and safety.
