TAXON, Volume 75, Issue 5, October 2026.Abstract Caesalpinia desertorum was not properly typified and has long remained of uncertain taxonomic position. A critical reassessment of the original material cited in the protologue, together with historical herbarium collections and associated literature, allows us to designate a lectotype and clarify its identity.

Antimutagenicity of dialyzates of vegetables and fruits. [PDF]
Agricultural and Biological Chemistry, 1988 The effect was examined of aqueous dialyzates from 16 kinds of vegetables and fruits on the mutagenicity of some mutagens toward Salmonella typhimurium TA 100. Each dialyzate inhibited the mutagenicity of Trp-P-2, and the antimutagenicity was retained even after heating at 100°C for 20 min.
