The Functional Deubiquitinating Enzymes in Control of Innate Antiviral Immunity
This review systematically summarizes the role and mechanisms of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) in regulating innate antiviral signaling via the Toll‐like receptors (TLRs), RIG‐I like receptors (RLRs), and cyclic GMP‐AMP synthase (cGAS). The role of viral DUBs counteracting host immune responses is also concluded.

Novel, divergent simian hemorrhagic fever viruses in a wild Ugandan red colobus monkey discovered using direct pyrosequencing. [PDF]
Simian hemorrhagic fever virus (SHFV) has caused lethal outbreaks of hemorrhagic disease in captive primates, but its distribution in wild primates has remained obscure.

In this paper, we show that fine broken rice can be used to produce biscuits which are highly acceptable by consumers. We further demonstrate that such biscuits can be fortified with protein, amino acids, and trace minerals such as iron and zinc by partially substituting butter with safou—an oleaginous fruit widely cultivated in West Africa. The use of

Subclinical infection of macaques and baboons with a baboon simarterivirus [PDF]
Simarteriviruses (Arteriviridae: Simarterivirinae) are commonly found at high titers in the blood of African monkeys but do not cause overt disease in these hosts.

Regulation of Relative Abundance of Arterivirus Subgenomic mRNAs [PDF]
ABSTRACT The subgenomic (sg) mRNAs of arteriviruses (order Nidovirales ) form a 5′- and 3′-coterminal nested set with the viral genome. Their 5′ common leader sequence is derived from the genomic 5′-proximal region.

Immunological Features of the Non-Structural Proteins of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus [PDF]
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is currently one of the most important viruses affecting the swine industry worldwide. Despite the large number of papers published each year, the participation of non-structural proteins (nsps)

Viable porcine arteriviruses with deletions proximal to the 3 ' end of the genome [PDF]
In order to obtain attenuated live vaccine candidates of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), a series of deletions was introduced at the 3′ end of the viral genome using an infectious cDNA clone of the Lelystad virus isolate. RNA
