Aspergillus niger alternatív oxidázainak génexpressziós vizsgálata
A citromsav a világ egyik legnagyobb mennyiségben gyártott szerves sava, melynek nagy részét Aspergillus nigerrel termeltetik. A citromsav termelést befolyásolja egy alternatív légzési útvonal, ahol az alternatív oxidáz ATP keletkezése nélkül biztosítja ...

Beef, lamb, and chicken livers were subjected to pan‐frying, sous‐vide, boiling, and deep frying, followed by simulated gastric and intestinal digestion. Mineral concentrations and soluble fractions were quantified by ICP‐OES to evaluate cooking‐related mineral retention and in vitro bioaccessibility.

This study investigated how oral and proximal gastric digestion influences starch breakdown, estimated Glycemic index (eGI), and the bioaccessibility of phenolic compounds in wheat‐based baked products (bread and cookies). Simulated digestion showed that prolonged human salivary α‐amylase activity increased starch hydrolysis, glucose release, and the ...

Flame‐retardant blend fibers from cellulose and phosphorylated ureido‐chitosan are prepared via dry‐jet wet spinning from the ionic liquid 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium octanoate and possess a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 26.0%. ABSTRACT The synthesis of a biobased flame‐retardant additive for cellulose prepared from phytic acid‐derivatized chitosan ...

Glucoamylase of Aspergillus niger.
Aspergillus niger produces two extracellular glucoamylases (GAI of Mr 85 300 and GAII of Mr 77 600) separable on DEAE-cellulose. The enzymes differes in electrophoretic mobility, thermostability and substrate specificity. The GAI/GAII ratio depends on the concentration and form of nitrogen (nitrate or ammonium) in the culture medium.
