Mechanistische Analyse des intrazellulären Transports von Etherlipiden mittels bifunktioneller Sonden

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Structural Dependence of Catenand Effect: Thermodynamic and Kinetic Modulation of Catenane Coordination Properties via Ring‐size and Exocyclic Substituent Variation

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
By modifying ring size and exocyclic substituents, effects of ligand interlocking on metal coordination features is explored. Through systematic analysis of CuI catenanes, relationship between structural parameters of the interlocked ligands and coordination properties like geometry, stability, and reactivity is established.

Synthesis and Application of Bioactive N‐Functionalized Aziridines

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
This review discusses modern synthetic methods for the preparation of aziridine‐containing small molecules, including biocatalytic, electrocatalytic, and photocatalytic strategies. We highlight the compatibility of various synthetic methods with control of the exocyclic N‐substituent.

NIR‐Activatable, Sequence‐Specific Metal‐Nucleic Acid Scaffolds for Responsive Uncaging

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
We demonstrate that long‐range nucleic acid‐mediated electron transfer can drive Pt(IV) photoreduction, establishing a new class of metal‐nucleic acid scaffolds capable of “responsive uncaging,” where hybridization with target DNA or miRNA directly triggers payload release under NIR irradiation.
