Microwave‐Activated Bacterial Biorobot for Multimodal Cancer Therapy
An Escherichia coli bacterial biorobot is engineered for localized microwave activation in cancer therapy. Upon activation at tumor sites, the biorobot releases glucose oxidase, inducing tumor cell death via glucose depletion and H2O2 generation catalyzed by Cu2O.

Complex 6d could promote tumor immunogenicity by targeting thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) and remodel immunosuppressive microenvironment by the mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway inhibition simultaneously. This study provides a novel approach to develop metal immunomodulatory agents by designing gold complexes incorporating natural products,

Decoding Dental Stem Cell Aging: Mechanisms, Therapeutic Strategies, and Beyond
Dental stem cell (DSC) aging involves genomic instability, mitochondrial dysfunction, telomere attrition, and epigenetic alterations, leading to impaired proliferation, reduced differentiation potential, and pro‐inflammatory secretory activity. These processes drive cellular senescence and compromise regenerative and immunomodulatory functions, thereby

This study discovered that the protein TEAD1a is crucial for neutrophil development. In zebrafish models, disrupting TEAD1a or its interaction with partner protein YAP1 caused severe neutrophil deficiency. TEAD1a functions during the early HSC stage, activates Notch1 signaling in the GMP stage, and triggers Spi1 and Cebpα to drive neutrophil terminal ...

B Lymphocytes and the Skeleton
Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, 2007Abstract: Mesenchymal lineage cells arise from pluripotent stem cells in the bone marrow (BM) and transition through a series of developmental stages resulting in mature functional cells. This specification results in the development of osteoblast, adipocytes, myoblasts, chondroblasts, and stromal cells (part of the recticular network).

T and B lymphocytes in vitiligo
Archives of Dermatological Research, 1978Lymphocyte subpopulations were studied in 38 patients with vitiligo and in 44 controls. No significant differences in the results of several immunological examinations (E-RFC, EAC-RFC, EA-RFC, IF, IF-elution) came to light results suggest that the lymphocytes are probably not implied in the pathogenesisof vitiligo.

B lymphocytes are exceptionally diverse, partly because different clones have membrane receptors with specificities for different antigens and partly because the cells exist in a series of distinct differentiation states and may constitute more than a single cellular lineage.
