Room Temperature Creep Behaviour of Ramming Paste Baked at Different Temperatures

2014
To simulate the thermo-mechanical behaviour of ramming paste in aluminium electrolysis cells, experimental data are required to feed 3D constitutive models. Both axial and radial strain measurements are necessary to design constitutive laws and to identify the parameters.

Resistant starch formation during baking -effect of baking time and temperature and variations in the recipe

Zeitschrift fr Lebensmittel-Untersuchung und -Forschung, 1985
The dietary fibre content in white wheat bread, measured with an enzymatic, gravimetric method, was almost 20% higher than in the corresponding flour. The increment was largely explained by the formation of resistant starch, i.e. starch available to amyloglucosidase only after solubilization with 2m-KOH.

Impact of baking conditions and storage temperature on staling of fully and part-baked Sangak bread

Journal of Cereal Science, 2014
Abstract Bread staling involves a combination of physico-chemical phenomena that leads to a reduction of quality. This study aims at evaluating the impact of baking conditions (280 °C, 8 min; 310 °C, 5.5 min; 340 °C, 4 min), baking type (of fully baked (FB) and part-baked (PB)) and storage temperature (−18, 4 and 20 °C) on the staling of Sangak bread.

Negative bias temperature instability (NBTI) recovery with bake

Microelectronics Reliability, 2008
Abstract Negative bias temperature instability (NBTI) is a major degradation mechanism of PMOSFET devices. When the p-channel field effect transistor (PFET) gate is biased negatively with respect to the channel, as in a CMOS inverter, at an elevated temperature the threshold voltage (Vt) decreases (absolute value increases for application ...

Influence of baking method and baking temperature on the optical properties of ZnO thin films

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2015
In this work, sol-gel spin coating technique was utilised to coat ZnO thin films on glass substrates. During the intermediate 3 minutes baking process, either hotplate or convection oven was employed to bake the samples. The temperature for the baking process was varied from 150°C to 300°C for both instruments.

Differences between wafer and bake plate temperature uniformity in proximity bake: a theoretical and experimental study

SPIE Proceedings, 2000
As the lithography industry moves toward finer features, specifications on temperature uniformity of the bake plates are expected to become more stringent. Consequently, aggressive improvements are needed to conventional bake station designs to make them perform significantly better than current market requirements.

Intelligent Modeling and Optimization of Carbon Anode Baking Temperature

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013
Coal anode baking temperature system is a MIMO control system which is nonlinear and has cross-coupling and time-delay. The thermal model and flue model before are usually created based on hydrodynamics and heat transfer theory which take long to do the calculation or have ill conditions sometimes.

High temperature baking process study in advanced mask cleaning

Photomask Technology 2019, 2019
High temperature baking treatment is a method to remove chemical residue on mask before shipping to wafer fab. When developing advanced mask technology, we need to make sure the bake treatment have no side-effect to mask quality. In this investigation, some test has been devised to study the relation between baking process and mask registration, CD ...
