Guide to Pairing-Based Cryptography
2017This book is devoted to efficient pairing computations and implementations, useful tools for cryptographers working on topics like identity-based cryptography and the simplification of existing protocols like signature schemes. As well as exploring the basic mathematical background of finite fields and elliptic curves, Guide to Pairing-Based ...

Temperature-gradient gel electrophoresis (TGGE) was used to determine the relative thermal stabilities of 32 DNA fragments that differ by a single unpaired base (base bulge) and 17 DNAs differing by a base pair. Homologus 373 and 372 bp DNA fragments differing by a single base pair substitution or deletion were employed.

Genetic conversion of G · C base-pairs to A · U base-pairs in a transfer RNA
Journal of Molecular Biology, 1987The cloverleaf stem segments of the suppressor gene of bacteriophage T4 tRNA(Gln) contain ten G.C and ten A.U base-pairs. To gain a better appreciation of the G.C base-pair requirement, we isolated multiple mutants of this suppressor gene in which base-pairs of G.C were replaced by A.U.

Conceptual model for pair design and pair testing based on the characteristics of pair programming
International Journal of Agile Systems and Management, 2019Pair programming is a method that is widespread in the field of agile software development (ASD) and is acknowledged as state of the art of programming. This article initially addresses the question of what constitutes the key attributes of pair programming.

Base pairs and pseudo pairs observed in RNA–ligand complexes
Journal of Molecular Recognition, 2009AbstractPreviously, a geometric nomenclature was proposed in which RNA base pairs were classified by their interaction edges (Watson–Crick, Hoogsteen or sugar‐edge) and the glycosidic bond orientations relative to the hydrogen bonds formed (cis or trans).

On Pairing-Based Cryptosystems
2006The pairing technique that uses the (Weil and Tate) pairings over elliptic (or hyperelliptic) curves represents a great breakthrough in cryptography. This paper surveys this new trend in cryptography, and emphasizes the design of efficient cryptographic primitives that are provably secure in the standard model (i.e., without the random oracle model).
