A 3D anisotropic hydrogel derived from heart extracellular matrix guides cytoskeletal alignment and nuclear remodeling in reprogrammed cardiomyocyte‐like cells. This study reveals how matrix alignment modulates nuclear envelope dynamics and chromatin state, triggering transcriptional and functional maturation.

Microfabricated Anisotropic Myobundles for the Scalable Production of Cardiac Tissue Grafts
Controlling the anisotropy of cardiac tissue remains an outstanding challenge in the field of cardiac tissue engineering. Here, we introduce an approach to generate anisotropic cardiac myobundles using cell‐adhesive, synthetic, electrospun fibers and stem cell‐derived cardiac fibroblasts.

Multiple forms of an angiogenesis factor: basic fibroblast growth factor
An angiogenesis factor has been isolated from human placenta and human hepatoma cells on the basis of its ability to stimulate protease production in cultured capillary endothelial cells. The purified angiogenesis factor also stimulated DNA synthesis and motility in capillary endothelial cells and induced angiogenesis in vivo.
